The gorgeous 240 acre site has architectural and construction design by Ghafari Associates and Roncelli Construction Services respectively and the world-class is designed by world renowned horseracing expert Joe King, encompassing a state-of-the-art one-mile dirt track and a 7/8 mile inner turf track (Phase II).
